Owner and trip leader.
Paddling for 17 years and guiding for 9, Ben practised his skills on the tight ditches of Devon, England before moving on to the considerably larger rivers of Nepal and Chile. Ben has worked for Kayak Chile for 7 years and has been the owner for the last 5. Ben now lives full time in Chile although still has time for paddling trips back home in England, Norway and the East coast of the States this year alone.

Paddling for 16 years learning his trade on the rivers of Colorado after three years he decided to explore Chile. After a few years of exploration he started the company Kayak Chile. After five years running the company, Nathan decided to spend more time with his wife Marta, and on his land at the Liucura play spot. Releasing control to Ben. Luckily, he still enjoys running trips and can be found most years still running excellent quality trips for our customers.

Adam Goodenough
Having learnt to kayak in the ditches of England from the age of 14. Adam came to chile to work with Ben 5 years ago and has been with the company as it has grown into a full time business with many local and foreign guide working within it. During his time here Ben has taught him the local knowledge of Chile. Adam is now a competent trip leader and runs local trips in town with duckys, rafts and kayaks as well as traveling around Chile sharing his knowledge with the kayakers of the world.

Having learned to paddle on the rivers of Chile 11 years ago, Gigo soon became one of the best Chilean kayakers. He then went on a 2 year World tour where he exceled from being a solid Chilean kayaker to a World class trip leader. Honing his skills in Norway, Iceland, Switzerland and New Zealand to name but a few. Now he has settled back in Chile with his Dutch wife Evelin and is a invaluble asset to Kayak Chile.

Guide and saftey kayaker
Originally hailing from Western Australia, Tzak decided to leave the dry continent in search of wetter countries with more rivers. Firstly arriving in New Zealand he made his way to the small town of Murchison to learn to paddle creekboats and guide rafts. His part time job in the local pub lead him to an invitation to work as a raft guide and safety kayaker in Canada. Arriving in British Columbia to work on the Chilliwack and Thompson Rivers he used his spare time to explore and paddle the local creeks and rivers. Traveling to Cusco, Peru in April of 2010 he worked on the Rios Apurimac and Urubamba. Moving further south he arrived in Pucon where he has been exploring the beautiful Chilean rivers and waterfalls.
